Role Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. With some previous experience under your belt, you will play a vital role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our luxury fit-out projects. You will assist in the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account, collaborating closely with senior staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities (for Intermediate Level)

Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions
*
Manage and evaluate subcontractor and supplier packages
*
Lead valuations and manage interim applications for payment
*
Monitor and track project costs, providing detailed reports to senior management
*
Administer contracts and manage procurement processes
*
Identify and manage variations, claims, and risk items
*
Work closely with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure budgets and financial targets are met
Requirements
*
A relevant degree or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field
*
Some experience in the construction industry, ideally in high-end fit-out or interior projects (candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role)
*
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
*
Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset
*
Proven ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
*
Familiarity with construction contracts, cost control processes, and procurement (preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
