As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, your roles and responsibilities will include…
* Producing and presenting of cost estimates, cost plans and pre-tender estimates
* Attending and presenting at regular meetings with the client and the design team
* Leading/supporting the successful delivery of projects
* Procurement and selection of the professional design team
* Guiding clients on smart procurement, and the best-fit contract for every project
* Managing of the tender process & production of tender reports including recommendations
* Producing regular post-contract cost reports and presenting to clients on a timely basis
We’re looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with the following skills and experience…
* Ideally 2-3 years’ experience but can be flexible
* Proven expertise in delivering top-tier quantity surveying support across all project stages
* BSc (Hons) and RICS preferred, with support available for those working towards chartership
* A team player with a ‘can-do’ and ‘muck-in’ attitude, with lots of get up and go!
* A natural problem solver who wants to disrupt the status quo and challenge to get results
* Professional, respectful and hardworking
* A driven self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a team
