Job Title:- Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location-West London

With a turnover of over £50 million, one of UK’S leading High End Residential Contractors are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within High End Residential Projects
* Assist with Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position
* Assist with Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain
* Assist Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages
* Assist Preparation of pre-tender profit plan
* Assist Management of cost changes throughout project
* Assist Preparation of cashflow forecasts
* Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream
* Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment
Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into West End and have previous experience working within High End Residential Projects valued between £5-£10 Million
