Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Project – Central London
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,(Apply online only) – £80,(Apply online only) + package (dependent on experience)
A leading main contractor is seeking an Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a £30m commercial development in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, gain greater responsibility, and work on a complex project in a prime London location.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial or mixed-use schemes and a solid understanding of procurement, package management, and cost control. You’ll be working closely with a Senior QS and commercial lead, with the opportunity to progress into a project-running role.
Role Overview
Title: Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor
Project: £30m Commercial Development
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,(Apply online only) – £80,(Apply online only) + package (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
Support project reporting and cost forecasting
Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team
Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
Requirements
Experience within the commercial fit-out, refurb or new build preferred
Strong understanding of JCT contracts and the full project life-cycle
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Keen to progress into a lead or project-running role
