Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to take a year out of your HR studies to undertake 12 months internship in the Human Resources department?  Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation, offering an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Intern - Human Resources.  Your role will play a key part in supporting the HR and Facilities team in delivering excellence across a variety of activities and projects. What You Will Do: - Assist employees with travel visa applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documents. - Maintain up-to-date employee records, including travel documents, right-to-work checks, and driving licence checks, while ensuring confidentiality. - Provide administrative support for training activities and update training records in line with internal processes. - Support on boarding and off boarding processes, including organising equipment and stationery for new starters. - Process invoices on behalf of the HR and Facilities team in compliance with internal payment procedures. - Assist in organising staff events and managing initiatives such as Learn to Ride and Cycle to Work schemes. What You Will Bring: - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to various HR projects. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. - Basic administrative experience or an interest in Human Resources would be advantageous.
