Internal Account Manager – Facilities Management - Manchester based 💰 £30,000–£33,000 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 🏢 Manchester-based | National contracts portfolio We’re working with a well-established and growing business in the specialist cleaning and waste sector to recruit a proactive Internal Account Manager to join their national contracts team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with FM or soft services experience who thrives in a customer-focused, commercially aware environment. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of national clients, act as the first point of contact for service queries, and collaborate closely with field-based account managers, operations, finance, and health & safety teams to deliver a seamless service. You’ll be central to driving client satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting the smooth running of national contracts.
