Internal Account Manager Location: Sheffield Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE) + Approx. £3,600 Annual Bonus + On-Call Allowance (£105/week, 7 weeks/year) Type: Full-time, Permanent Additional Benefits: Private healthcare (opt-in), clear career progression, collaborative team culture The Opportunity We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading service-based organisation seeking a highly organised Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic Operations team. This is a vital, fast-paced role where you'll oversee a portfolio worth over £800,000 in annual turnover—primarily made up of high-volume, low-value service jobs. You will act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery while driving account retention and growth. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end coordination of service jobs, typically around £300 in value * Process and monitor work requests through internal systems * Generate accurate, compliant quotations * Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding updates and follow-ups * Produce monthly KPI reports and performance commentary * Ensure all administration is completed to a high standard to avoid invoicing delays * Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and client outcomes * Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth * Provide cover for colleagues during periods of high workload or absence What they are looking For: Core Competencies: * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Sharp attention to detail * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders * Commercially minded and motivated to support business growth * Tech-savvy – confident with Excel, Word, Teams, and job management systems Preferred Experience: * Previous experience in service coordination, account management, or similar roles * Background in fast-paced, admin-heavy environments * Proven ability to manage a large volume of small-scale service jobs What’s on Offer * Annual bonus (approx. £3,600) tied to company performance * On-call allowance of £105/week (approx. 7 weeks per year) * Private healthcare (opt-in) * Friendly, supportive office culture * Real opportunities for long-term growth and development Ready to apply?
