Internal Account Manager
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day account queries
Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or servicesWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in account management or customer service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
