Internal Communications Manager  – Shape the Voice of a Global Leader We’re looking for a driven and creative Internal Communications Lead to join our client, a global powerhouse at the cutting edge of science, technology, and sustainability. Based at our Manchester Global Centre (with hybrid flexibility), you’ll take centre stage in shaping how 1,000s of colleagues across multiple UK sites connect, engage, and thrive. Why this role? From driving engagement around change programmes to inspiring colleagues with fresh storytelling, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a One Company culture. What you’ll do: Own and deliver the UK & Ireland internal comms strategy. Partner with senior leaders, HR, and global colleagues to create one strong, consistent voice. Produce high-impact content—videos, campaigns, leadership toolkits, digital stories. Champion engagement, inspire colleagues, and make change feel achievable. Bring creativity, curiosity, and passion to everything you do.What we’re looking for: Proven internal comms leadership experience in a complex, multi-site organisation. Skilled storyteller across written, digital, and visual channels. Confident in change and transformation communications. A people person—curious, creative, and ready to inspire.
