Moxie People are working exclusively with a well-respected social care organisation to find an Internal Healthcare Recruiter to join their team in Cardiff.

Job Title: Internal Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid. 4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £29,213 per annum
About this Internal Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity:
60% compliance - You'll be the go-to for safer recruitment checks, references, Right to Work, and onboarding.
40% recruitment - You'll be trained by an experienced and supportive leadership team to deliver hiring campaigns, attract talent, and manage interviews.
This is a fast-paced, purpose-driven role that sits at the heart of a diverse and values-led recruitment team.
You'll need to juggle priorities, meet tight timelines, and work closely with internal teams to manage expectations and deliver results.
What you'll be doing:
Lead on compliance checks and employment screening
Work with hiring managers to support candidate attraction and interviews
Maintain accurate records and safer recruitment practices
Promote the company's values and benefits to candidates
Keep candidates engaged through onboarding and beyond
What you'll need:
Solid experience in employment compliance (preferably in healthcare, CIW-regulated services or similar services)
Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Willingness to learn and grow your recruitment skills
Strong organisation, communication and admin skills
Based near Cardiff with the ability to work on-site 4 days per week
