As our Internal Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding the best talent into our business. From entry-level consultants to experienced billers and leadership hires. You’ll work closely with senior management and department heads to ensure every new hire supports our ambitious goals and dynamic company culture.
Job Description
As an Internal Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process for internal hires across all departments. You’ll take ownership of our internal recruitment strategy, build strong pipelines of talent, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll identify top performers from the recruitment industry and beyond, manage employer branding campaigns, and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure we attract the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal vacancies across sales, delivery, operations, and leadership roles.
* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and direct outreach.
* Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including graduate and experienced hires.
* Work closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
* Conduct interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate interview stages.
* Maintain a strong focus on employer brand and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and time-to-hire.
* Manage onboarding processes and ensure seamless handover to human resources.
* Promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity across all recruitment practices.
Key Requirements / Skills
* Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment ideally within recruitment, sales, or professional services sectors.
* A strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition strategy.
* Confident in sourcing passive candidates and using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards effectively.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple roles at once.
* Strong understanding of company branding, and candidate engagement.
* Passionate about finding and hiring the right people to build strong, high-performing teams.
