Internal Recruiter, London SE1
Temporary, 3 months, up to £19 per hour
Scientific organisation require an experienced and driven Internal Recruiter to work with the team with a high volume of internal recruitment, permanent and bank staff.
What you’ll do:
Attract diverse talent through creative campaigns and social media outreach
Draft and edit job descriptions and adverts that reflect the company brand and values
Source candidates via professional networks and portfolio sites
Manage CVs, registrations, pre-screening, and talent-pool administration
Conduct interviews
Liaise with managers on staffing needs and identify the right personnel
Build strong, positive relationships with managers
Advise managers on recruitment processes and ensure compliance
Keep personnel records and recruitment databases updated and accurate
What You’ll Bring:
Direct recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
Experience recruiting within the Healthcare sector or similar highly compliant industry
Skilled in advising managers on recruitment best practices
Demonstrable experience of direct recruitment using multi social medical channels including Linkedin
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Organised, deadline-driven, and an attentive eye for detail
Confident with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
