About the company

A forward-thinking recruitment agency based in Salford Quays who are seeking an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join their contracts team on a permanent full time basis. 

The Role

The client is looking for a confident, resilient, and people-focused candidate resourcer ideally from a recruitment, call centre or high-volume customer service background. You will spend your day speaking with potential candidates, qualifying interest, and building rapport.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential candidates to engage and qualify candidates.
Build strong, professional relationships with candidates through confident phone communication
Use AI-powered recruitment tools to prioritise and engage high-quality candidates
Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather key information
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact onwards
Consistently work towards daily and weekly activity targets 

What they are Looking For

Proven experience in a high-level outbound calling role (25 per day) 
Previous experience in recruitment, call centre or a sales environment.
Confident, professional and engaging telephone manner
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Resilience, motivation and comfort working to targets
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
