Adecco Crewe are working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all sales enquiries - from initial contact and quotation, through to order processing and dispatch.
You'll act as a key link between customers, the sales team, and warehouse operations, helping to maintain excellent service standards and efficient internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process sales enquiries via phone and email from initial logging through to quotation, order, and dispatch
Coordinate order processing, ensuring accurate paperwork is prepared for warehouse dispatch
Arrange deliveries via couriers and haulage providers
Maintain and update CRM records with customer activities, calls, emails, and quotations
Run regular reports for the sales team
Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries in a professional manner
Support website and marketing activities including updating product ranges and adding new lines
Raise and manage purchase orders for stock items, updating systems as required
Assist with stock control to maintain accurate inventory levels
Coordinate service support visits, including arranging travel, training, and demonstrations
Provide occasional support to finance functions, including customs documentation
Support warehouse operations with documentation checks and system updates
Undertake general office duties as required.
