Job Description
At JWF Process Solutions Ltd, we provide measurement (flow, pressure, temperature, level and analytical) solutions coupled with measurement services and data visualisation.
JWF has a reputation as ‘measurement experts’ for major organisations including Macallan, Diageo, Harbour Energy, Scotia Gas Networks, Howdens and Ineos.
JWF and sister company Stream Measurement, provide a wide range of measurement, services and data solutions to the water, process, utility, energy, food and beverage sector.
We are partners with several of the world’s leading instrumentation providers including ABB, WIKA and Flexim.
This Internal Sales Assistant role will ideally suit someone who enjoys a team focused role, is customer focused and willing to learn.
Responsibilities include:
* Order processing and procurement
* Working with sales team to support customer responses
* Supporting customer enquires received by email and telephone ensuring a speedy resolution is provided with an excellent level of customer service
* Preparing customer quotations accurately and efficiently ensuring excellent customer experience
* Proactively following up on all issued quotes
* Initially working with ones of our key partners covering a specific area in the business
Experience:
* Previous industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong organisational and ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to build effective relationships
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and good numeracy skills
