Internal Sales Coordinator - Permanent full time position

Location: Dursley GL11 5LE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and commercially minded Internal Sales Coordinator to join a growing and innovative business in Dursley.

This is a varied role that combines internal sale, business development, service coordination and customer support, You will be responsible for supporting customers with enquiries and quotations, managing servicing and calibration schedules and helping to grow the company's service offering.

As our clients business continues to expand, this position of Internal Sales Coordinator offers the opportunity to make the role your own and play a key part in shaping future processes and customer service initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

Coordinate and schedule servicing and calibration visits for customers
Liaise with field engineers and allocate work based on geographical location and availability
Prepare and issue quotations for equipment, servicing and calibration enquiries
Follow up quotations and develop customer relationships to maximise conversion opportunities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Act as a central point of contact for customer enquiries
Work closely with internal teams to provide expert support and solutions for customers
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that raise awareness of servicing and calibration services
Identify opportunities to grow and develop the service division
Continuously build product knowledge and develop a strong understanding of the company's capabilities
Support business growth by contributing ideas, improving processes and taking ownership of new initiatives 

The successful Internal sales coordinator

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who enjoys working with customers and managing multiple priorities in a busy environment to join the team as Internal Sales Coordinator

The successful Internal Sales Coordinator will have:

Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support, service coordination or customer service role
Strong organisational and scheduling skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
Confidence working with customers, engineers and internal stakeholders
Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
A willingness to learn technical products and services
A flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing business
