Position: Internal Sales Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (based on experience)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch, ½ hour on Fridays)
What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries
Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements.
Liaise with customers on project updates, lead times, and technical assistance.
Collaborate with the design team to price and quote projects effectively.
Code orders for seamless processing by operations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing aftercare needs such as returns and tech support.
Work alongside our Sales team to ensure timely deliveries and meet lead times.
Conduct project take-offs, translating schematics into actionable quotes.

In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and building relationships comes naturally to you!
Proficiency in computer literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work.
