My client, an Engineering company based in the Droitwich area is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator on a Permanent basis.
There will be some requirements to attend ongoing Product training courses and visit client sites so your own transport is essential for this role
The main responsibilities of the role include
- Being the first point of contact for client enquiries
- providing accurate and detailed information in a timely manner
- Complete Sales orders from initial queries through to completions
- Manage all relevant documentation and certification
- Managing Purchase Orders and Invoices including liaising with Head Office
- Liaising with Suppliers and Transport Companies
As a suitable person you will offer the following
- Previous experience in a similar role within an Engineering environment
- Excellent Customer Service Experience
- Strong IT skills
- An ability to get on with people at al levels
- Full UK Driving License and your own transport
The salary on offer is up to £30,000
