Job Description

Internal Sales Engineer – Norwich

Position 1 Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well-established engineering company in Norwich, who are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8:00-16:45, Fri 8:00-12:30)

The Role

  * Prepare tenders and quotations for new business opportunities.

  * Review customer technical specifications and commercial requirements.

  * Produce accurate cost estimates.

  * Provide technical support and clarification to customers.

  * Liaise with customers, OEMs and internal engineering teams.

  * Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.

About You

  * Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  * Excellent organisation and time-management skills.

  * Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  * Previous experience within an engineering, manufacturing or commercial environment is desirable.

  * An engineering-related degree would be beneficial but is not essential.
