Internal Sales Executive
Location: Swineford, Bristol
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Start / finish times are open to discussion for the right candidate)

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 base per annum with a realistic OTE of £40,000 - £44,000

PlantCare is a dynamic and growing business based in Swineford, Bristol, with accelerated growth plans over the next three years. To support this journey, we’re seeking an Internal Sales Executive to work closely along with an External Sales Rep and an Internal Sales Support candidate to form an elite team. You would be working alongside our Sales Manager and the wider Sales Team.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a pivotal role being the middle person in the sales process, by being given pipeline qualified leads that you will research to establish who the key decision makers are before working to secure a face-to-face meeting for the Sales Rep to attend. Operating as the connector – smoothly taking the baton from initial contact through to meeting booking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Sales Rep to manage sales prospects and handovers.
* Make outbound phone calls to develop new business opportunities and nurture referrals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
* Research and build industry knowlege, create a network of contacts and useful sources of information.
* Organise meetings for the Sales Rep with key decision-makers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system (HubSpot).
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a 'new business' Sales role
* Good research skills, intuition, and creative thinking.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Confident working with CRM systems and tracking sales activity.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
