Role: Internal Sales
Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm
Overview:
We're recruiting on behalf of a large and well-established electrical wholesale business, who are seeking an Internal Sales person to join their growing team.
You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, working closely with Management and External Sales Representatives. Your focus will be on supporting business growth and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Looking after large existing accounts, quoting work, placing orders etc.
• Managing Customers expectations & relationships
• Winning and processing sales orders
• Get know to customers allocated to you
• Effective communication to management & colleagues alike
• Respond to enquiries in an efficient manner
Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good customer service skills
