We are looking for a confident and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our client based in the Swale area.
This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong focus on customer service. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activity, developing new business, maintaining key accounts, and supporting the wider sales and operations team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming/outgoing sales calls and emails
Generate new business via telephone prospecting
Handle customer enquiries, orders, and issues
Support field sales with quoting and CRM updates
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service deliveryWhat We're Looking For:
Strong background in internal or telesales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a resilient, self-motivated approach
Organised and numerically literate with good IT skills
Committed to safety and continuous improvementThe hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. This is initially a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
