The Role:
This is an exciting office-based position where no two days are the same. You'll be working in a buzzing but supportive environment, using your sales skills to deliver outstanding service to customers while developing your career further.
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
Helping customers with orders and making sure everything runs smoothly
Spotting opportunities to upsell and maximise sales
Working closely with the Sales Manager and warehouse team
Keeping everything accurate and on track with admin & reporting
What We're Looking For:
Some previous sales experience (telesales or office-based preferred)
A confident communicator with great people skills
Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
Organised, proactive, and a real team player
Full driving licence required
