Description
Drive growth through the improvement of quotation conversions
Call customers to drive quotation conversion following previous quotations
Manage relationships with existing B2B customers, building strong relationship to develop and grow accounts
Understand customer needs and identify solutions to support
Use CRM system to manage customer quotations, ensuring all quotations are followed up and conclusion reached
Work with Sales Administration team to identify customers who need further support or information regards quotation
Identify key markets trends and customer requirements
Support new product launchesProfile
Experience in a similar sales, up-selling or account management role
Strong commercial awareness
Ability to develop and grow customer accounts
Excellent Customer Service at all timesJob Offer
