INTERNAL SALES - HYGIENE & CLEANING - Inverness
We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our client's Team. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, and promoting their product range. A background in hospitality or facilities management is preferred to understand client needs and deliver excellent service.
Key responsibilities:-
Handle inbound enquiries and manage customer accounts.
Process orders accurately and provide product advice.
Proactively promote hygiene and cleaning solutions to new and existing clients.
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:-
Previous internal sales or customer service experience.
Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products; hospitality background preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment.This is a permanent post, based in Inverness City Centre. Hours will be full time Monday to Friday.
