Internal Sales Executive – Electrical Wholesale

Are you an ambitious sales professional with experience in electrical wholesale? Our client, a leading name in the electrical supply sector, is looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to help grow their customer base and drive business success.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, including revisiting dormant accounts.

  * Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, professional approach.

  * Handling inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

  * Supporting other areas of the business during busy periods as needed.

  * Liaising with manufacturers to negotiate the best terms and support special projects.

  * Selling products over the trade counter and providing expert product advice.

  * Managing your own workload efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail.

What we’re looking for:

  * Proven internal sales experience in electrical wholesale or a similar trade environment

  * Strong knowledge of electrical products and supplies.

  * Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.

  * Positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour.

  * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
