Vacancy - Internal Sales Executive
Location - Guildford area, Surrey
Industry - Lighting and Electrical Wholesaler
Working Hours - Monday to Friday only (no weekends)
Salary - Up to circa £36K + bonuses (but negotiable for the right person)
Rhodium Consulting is working with a successful and growing lighting and electrical distributor to recruit a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing and issuing customer quotations
• Managing customer terms and processing purchase orders
• Making proactive outbound sales calls to develop business
• Following up on leads and quotations
• Using internal systems for orders, enquiries, picking notes, and back orders
• Supporting with general office and ad hoc duties

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in telephone sales within the electrical wholesale industry
• Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• A genuine team player with a desire to get the job done
