The role of the Internal Sales Manager – Construction Products will involve:
* Internal Sales Manager position selling a comprehensive high quality range of manufactured temporary protection materials into main contractors in the commercial construction sector
* Lead, coach, and motivate the Internal Sales Team, currently 4 in the team but looking to grow
* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team sessions to
* foster engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Monitor sales KPIs and metrics, providing constructive feedback and support to
* optimise performance
* Managing key accounts and generating new business alongside the team
* Promote a collaborative, results-driven team culture
* Dealing with average project sizes ranging from £1k - £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Manager – Construction Products with:
* Must have experience as a Sales Manager within a B2B environment
* Ideally will have sales experience within the construction building products market sector however this isn’t essential
* Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to developing talent
* Proficient in analysing sales data, KPIs, and reporting to senior management
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Team player with an outgoing personality and a positive outlook
* A keen attention to detail
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
