We're partnering exclusively with Oprema, the UK's fastest-growing multi-discipline security distributor, to find their next Internal Sales Manager - a key leadership role at the heart of their commercial team.

The Role
As Internal Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind regional growth and team development. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and keep performance sharp across Oprema's extensive brand portfolio - including Ajax, Honeywell, Apollo, Milestone, Paxton and the UK's largest Dahua distribution.
You'll be responsible for:
Growing sales and market share across your region
Coaching, mentoring, and developing your internal sales team
Planning and adjusting staffing levels to meet daily operational needs
Supporting recruitment and training based on development requirements
Monitoring daily sales performance and addressing shortfalls early
Building strong, lasting customer relationships
Ensuring high-quality CRM management and data accuracy
Reporting key sales insights and performance statistics for monthly reviews
Supporting the wider business with additional duties where needed
What You'll Bring
Proven sales experience within security distribution or similar technology sector
Previous experience using Navision or any CRM/ERP platform
Strong empathy and communication skills - able to motivate and influence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
Understanding of margin, market pricing, and basic technical product info
Strong leadership capability - coaching, developing and supporting a team
Experience managing staffing levels and contributing to recruitment
