About the Role:
We’re looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join my client’s dynamic team in Liverpool.
This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude who is confident making cold calls as well as being able to manage accounts well. You will need to thrive on building long term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively make outbound calls to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
Collaborate with external sales teams to maximise opportunities
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential – occasional site visits may be required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and happy to cold call
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Target-driven and self-motivated
