Internal Sales Support Executive

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for customer service and a passion for supporting sales operations? We're working with a growing business in Sittingbourne that is looking to welcome an Internal Sales Support Executive to their dynamic and friendly team.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and the external sales team
Preparing quotes, processing orders and managing customer accounts
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Supporting the sales team with data management and reportingWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or admin role
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
