Internal Sales Support
Wolverhampton- Office Based
Monday - Thursday 8.30am- 5.30pm Friday 8.30am- 3.00pm
£28,000 Negotiable DOE

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales teams in a dynamic environment? Join our client's innovative company to help provide their clients with a seamless single-source supply for their needs.
* Assist the sales team in processing orders, generating quotes, and managing customer inquiries.
* Maintain and update customer databases and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborate with various departments, including production and logistics, to facilitate seamless order fulfilment.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Support marketing initiatives by providing product information and assisting in promotional activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, eager to assist both customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
