Internal Trainer and Compliance Auditor
Location: Flexible – must be prepared to travel (UK and Europe)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 Depending on Experience + Car allowance
D7 Recruitment is exclusively seeking a dedicated Internal trainer and compliance auditor to join a well-established Health and Safety company with a real family feel. This is a remarkable opportunity for individuals who have experience In Internal training and compliance auditing.
The Internal trainer and compliance auditor will be responsible for carry out compliance audits in line with business processes and procedures, ensuring the company is compliant under all health and safety legislations.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Undertake compliance audits and site visits on all delivery projects withing agreed time frames.
* Produce and issues audit findings in a timely manner.
* Develop and deliver H&S and other internal training courses in line with business and industry standards.
* Support with the on-boarding and induction of all new Hunter employees.
* Assist in the training and coaching of delivery team members.
* Share your knowledge and expertise withing the team.
* Provide support to our internal business functions and processes.
* Achieve 100% on monthly KPIs set by the business.
* Adhere to all company policy and procedures.
* Undertake and reasonable request made by the directors and management team.
Qualifications & Experience
* NEBOSH
* Construction auditing experience
* Experience of safety management systems
* Proficient IT and presentation skills
* Driving License
Desirable
* NEBOSH Diploma.
* Knowledge of European H&S legislations.
* Previous experience in constructions and/or Manufacturing industry.
* Level 3 award in education and training.
Skills
* Passionate about making a real improvement to occupational wellbeing, safety and health standards.
* High standard of written English, able to express and communicate effectually in writing.
* Confident interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and develop professional working relationships at all levels.
* Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work productively remotely when required.
* Able to work proactively of own initiative when required.
* Proficient level of IT skills, including proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Desire to learn and develop both professional and soft skills – equally able to mentor and guide when required.
* Able to organise, prioritise and manage own time to meet workload and job requirements.
