Are you a driven payroll professional with strong international experience, looking to step into a role with real influence and development potential? This newly created position offers the chance to work closely with the European Payroll Lead within a dynamic financial services organisation.
As the International Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in managing EMEA payrolls - with a particular focus on the UK and France - while acting as the European Payroll Lead's right hand.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of multi-country EMEA payrolls
Primary focus on UK & French payroll operations
Deputising for the European Payroll Lead and supporting team management
Driving efficiency, compliance and best practices
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictionsKey Requirements:
Proven experience in international payroll, ideally within financial services
Solid UK and French payroll expertise
Experience supervising or supporting a payroll team
Resilient, proactive and eager to grow professionally
