As our client is launching a brand new service in their Alternative to Education provision, and they need you to help children and young people flourish outside the mainstream classroom. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be the guiding light for those who need a little extra support to shine.
What You'll Be Doing (Your Day Job):

* Flexible Schedule: Work across a rota, including during times of crisis, because consistency is key when saving the day.
* Keyworker Role: Lead reviews, risk assessments, and care planning with the precision of a master strategist.
* Building Bonds: Teach children to manage emotions, build relationships, and engage in meaningful activities.

* Team Player: Collaborate with multi-agency professionals and contribute to the ultimate support team.
What We're Looking For (A.K.A. You):
* Experience: Previous work with children and young people, especially those with SEND, SEMH needs, or in alternative education settings. Personal experience with SEN? Even better!
* Resilience: When the going gets tough, you're the calm in the storm.
* Driving License: You don't need a Batmobile, but a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
* Safeguarding Skills: Confident in handling safeguarding concerns and managing challenging behaviour with a restorative approach.
* Empathy: Committed to building trusting, empowering relationships with every child.
* Team Spirit: Organised, reliable, and ready to work flexibly as part of a passionate team.
Why Join Our Client? (Perks & Benefits):
* Dynamic Role: No two days are alike in this adventure.
* Caring Culture: Work for an organisation that values its staff and the young people it supports.
* Professional Development: Ongoing training and opportunities to level up your skills.
* Impactful Work: Help shape a service designed to meet the real needs of young people.
Location-Specific Perks:
* Norwich is not just a city—it's your new playground for change-making!
