Smile Education is currently recruiting for an Intervention Teacher on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tamworth. This rewarding role is ideal for a passionate educator who enjoys working with small groups and making a direct impact on pupil progress.
About the Role:
Delivering focused intervention sessions in Maths and English, primarily across Key Stage 2
Creating lesson plans for individual learning groups
Working with small groups of pupils to boost attainment and confidence
Adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs
Liaising with class teachers and the SENDCO to ensure cohesive supportWhat We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching or delivering interventions in primary education
Strong subject knowledge in KS2 Maths and English
Patient, enthusiastic and committed to pupil progressThe School Offers:
