Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Ashford. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions to help pupils reach their full potential, with a particular focus on literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.

Responsibilities
Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
Support pupils with additional learning needs, helping them engage positively with their learning.
Collaborate with class teachers and SEN staff to plan and deliver tailored support.
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
Create a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment for all learners.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a school setting or supporting children in education.
Knowledge of intervention strategies and supporting children with SEN is desirable.
A full UK driving licence (essential, due to school location).
A proactive, patient, and compassionate approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
