Inventory Analyst – Bicester (Food & Ingredients / Supply Chain)
We are seeking a skilled Inventory Analyst to join our team and ensure efficient stock management across multiple warehouses. The role focuses on optimising inventory levels, forecasting demand, and supporting supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory across depots and warehouses.

Forecast demand and plan replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock.
*
Analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
*
Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
*
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
*
Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock and recommend solutions.
*
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
*
Maintain dashboards and reports for management review.
Candidate Requirements:

4+ years’ experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain.
*
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and ERP/WMS systems.
*
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
