Job Description
Our client is a well established state agent who is looking to further expand their team with an inventory clerk who can also do accompanied viewings. The successful candidate will be able to deliver excellent customer service as well as having good time management skills as it will be a requirement for you to manage your own diary.
Job Responisbilites:
* Comply with ARLA best practice and the agreed company standards within all aspects of work
* Conduct viewing appointments with tenants in aproffesional and friendly manner
* Complete an inventory on the property prior to the start of the tenancy.
* Attend to property repairs and obtaining repair quotes/ estimates from contractors where required
* Keep Landlords/ tenants updated on all relevant matters
* Carry out property inspections, report findings and check in/check out appointments
* Keep all files and computer records up to date
* Liaise with the customer service team
Job Requirements:
* Past experience in a similar role would be ideal and having the property experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Drive and have access to your own transport - this is essential for the role
Hours:
* 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
* 1 in 3 Saturday's 10:00am - 2:00pmBefore You Apply
