Inventory Clerk – Feltham Area
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in warehouse operations? A growing logistics business is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join its expanding team at a newly established facility in Feltham.
Role Overview
This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for conducting stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity across inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform regular and ad hoc stock counts with precision
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Verify inbound shipments and record any inconsistencies
* Monitor and correct put-away processes
* Review and validate shipment notices
* Compile reports and manage data to meet deadlines
* Provide administrative support to both internal teams and external clients
* Carry out additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Familiarity with warehouse and stock management systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Numerical and analytical abilities
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Effective communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable handling large volumes of data
* Working shift hours – 5:00 to 13:30 / 6:00 to 14:30 with 30-minute unpaid break and 14:00 to 22:30 with 30-minute unpaid break – working in rotation
* Working Shift pattern working 4on 2 off or 5 on 3 off.
