Job Description
We are recruiting for a proactive and organised Inventory Project Coordinator to take full ownership of product data and inventory records for a growing business in Malton.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with systems, and takes pride in accurate administration and record-keeping.
You’ll become the central point of contact for all product information, ensuring details are captured, maintained, and updated across multiple departments.
Some of the key Inventory Project Coordinator responsibilities are:
Maintaining and updating a centralised product and inventory database
Inputting, uploading, and checking key product details including images, spec sheets, weights and sizes
Monitoring products from order through to listing, ensuring all deadlines are met across the different teams involved
Carrying out accurate data entry and administrative support for eCommerce listings
Liaising with purchasing, warehouse, creative, and marketing teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth processes
Investigating discrepancies, troubleshooting data issues, and implementing improvements in product and stock recordsWe are looking for someone who is highly organised with strong administration skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases, and confident handling large amounts of information. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by keeping systems and processes running smoothly.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
