7formation is looking to recruit a Inventory Supervisor to join the team, based in Corby, Northamptonshire. This is a full-time, permanent basis role.

Main responsibilities of the Inventory Supervisor include:
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Inventory Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will:
Lead and support your team, monitoring performance, giving constructive feedback, and sharing team strengths and development needs with management.
Confidently oversee stock availability, ensuring we meet demand while working within budget.
Use replenishment systems effectively, maintaining accurate forecasts, safety stock and trigger levels, and placing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure colleagues are motivated and supported to reach their full potential.
Plan and implement strategic initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
Build strong relationships across the business, using your ability to influence and collaborate to achieve results.
