Job Description
Due to ongoing expansion, my client, a distinguished Independent Investment Manager, is seeking a highly skilled candidate to join their friendly team. The role entails providing comprehensive support to the Investment Managers (IMs) in a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting IM's with portfolio management for a range of discretionary and advisory clients
* Opening and maintenance of client accounts
* General administration and data entry duties
* Maintenance of due diligence documentation
* Performing trades
* Monitoring progress of investment funds
* Assist with the construction and maintenance of Investment models
* Ensuring clients portfolios are aligned with their goals and attitude to risk
* Preparing investment proposals
* Actively assisting with the development of Investment strategy
Applicants must have 1-2 years of administrative support experience in the Investment/Financial services sector (not retail banking or short-term internships). A solid education, with C or above in English and Maths, is required. Strong communication, administration skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, prioritising, and organisational abilities are essential.
