About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support the growth and management of a private investor base. The role focuses on capital raising, investor communication, and relationship management, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  * Act as the main point of contact for investor queries (email, phone, Teams)

  * Build and maintain relationships with investors and intermediaries

  * Support onboarding processes

  * Assist with capital raising activities, campaigns, and events

  * Track investor activity, inflows, and reporting

  * Support investor communications and ongoing engagement

Skills & Experience

  * 1–3 years’ experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles

  * Strong communication and organisational skills

  * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  * Interest in financial markets and investments

  * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
