Job Description
Job Title: IP Verification Engineer (Contract)
Location: Fully Remote (Global)
Contract: 6-month rolling contract
Rate: Dependent on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IP Verification Engineer for a 6-month rolling contract. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while working on cutting-edge SoC/IP verification projects.
Role Responsibilities
* Own and execute IP block-level verification using SystemVerilog and UVM.
* Develop test plans, test benches, assertions, and coverage models.
* Drive constrained random and directed test development to ensure verification completeness.
* Collaborate with architects and designers to clarify specifications and corner cases.
* Debug failures, file bugs, and work closely with design/validation teams on fixes.
* Contribute to coverage closure and maintain verification quality across deliverables.
Key Skills & Experience
* 8+ years’ experience in ASIC/SoC/IP Verification.
* Strong expertise with SystemVerilog, UVM, Assertions, and Coverage-Driven Verification.
* Hands-on experience in IP/Block-level verification and SOC subsystem integration.
* Experience with industry standard EDA tools (Synopsys VCS, Cadence, Mentor/Siemens).
* Good knowledge of bus protocols (AMBA – AXI, AHB, APB, etc.).
* Familiarity with scripting (Perl, Python, or Shell) for automation.
* Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
