Job Description
NonStop Care is working with a Good Ofsted Island authority in the South East who are looking for experienced Team Manager to join their CAST team (Children's Assessment Safeguarding Team).
The island provides a sizeable accommodation allowance,and weekly ferry fare allowing for a smoother and less stressful transition into the role which will save you time and money.

You will be joining a well established authority with the comfort of managing a team with experienced, committed permanent and stable management who offer professional support, allowing you to continuously develop and improve your career while staying motivated and keep up with the standards of the authority.
Responsibilities:
As the Team Manager, you will oversee the Support and protection Team, ensuring that those in need of children social care receive safe, timely, and person/family-centred support. This role is all about leadership, collaboration, and innovation in service delivery.
