Job Description

We're Hiring: IT Change Manager – Business Integration Hybrid (with regular onsite travel to newly acquired businesses) Full-time We're growing rapidly through acquisitions in the Water, Fire, and Electrical compliance sector, and we need a technically hands-on IT Change Manager to support smooth transitions onto our shared platforms: Simpro, Natural HR, and Sage Intacct. Working closely with our Integration Director, you’ll roll up your sleeves to configure systems, support migrations, and manage onboarding for newly acquired companies. You’ll be the key link between IT, operations, and the business during this critical transformation phase. What you’ll do: * Lead IT change and onboarding for new acquisitions * Configure and support business systems (Simpro, Natural HR, Sage Intacct) * Assist with system access, data migration, and process alignment * Travel onsite to work directly with local teams and ensure smooth adoption * Collaborate with integration, IT, and operational leads * Document and refine repeatable integration processes You’ll need: * Strong hands-on experience in IT systems implementation or change delivery * Familiarity with Simpro, Sage Intacct, Natural HR, or similar platforms * Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Willingness to travel and work directly with newly acquired business units * Bonus: experience in mergers & acquisitions, compliance sectors, or cloud-based ERP/HR systems Why join us?
