Key Responsibilities
Manage client renewals, contracts, and account retention.
Identify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build strong relationships through regular client contact and strategic planning.
Partner with business development colleagues to support new opportunities.
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and documentation.
Stay informed on technology trends and competitor offerings to support client growth.
Candidate Profile
IT Engineer or technical professional seeking to transition into sales.
Strong technical knowledge across IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
