IT and Esports Teacher - Short-Term Contract
Location: Dartford
Contract Type: Short-term (exact dates to be confirmed)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Working Pattern: Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered)
Key Stages: KS3 to KS5
On behalf of a forward-thinking secondary school in Dartford, we are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT and Esports Teacher for a short-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering lessons in both traditional IT subjects and the rapidly growing field of Esports.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in IT and Esports across KS3 to KS5
Support students in developing digital literacy, technical skills, and teamwork
Contribute to curriculum planning and assessment within the department
Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
Experience teaching IT at secondary level (KS3-KS5)
Knowledge or experience in teaching Esports or related digital media subjects
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to start at short notice and commit for the duration of the contract
