Our client based in Hull is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the team on an interim basis:
Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Day rate: £300 - £350 (ir35 yet to be determined, looking likely to be OUTSIDE IR35)
Location: Hull - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days work from home
Duration: 3- 6 months
Requirements:
Strong technical expertise in Networking, Cloud & Hosting, Domain Services, Server OS, Storage, Virtualisation, Databases, Endpoint Protection, and Microsoft 365.
Proficient in cloud-based mail archiving (Mimecast).
In-depth knowledge of Backup & Recovery solutions for hybrid environments.
Advanced understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure).
Skilled in solutions including Exchange, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of vendor licensing models.
Experienced in disaster recovery planning, simulation, and execution.
